Simplified Registration of Company in One Form - INC 29

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced a new application form for Incorporation of Company w.e.f. 1st May 2015. The new form have been introduced under government's process of easing the business process in India. It reduces earlier requirement of filling 8 Forms (aprox.) to just 1 Form i.e. INC-29.

INC-29 is a single application form for reservation of name, incorporation of a new company, and for application of DIN. The E-Form need to be submitted along with all the necessary details and attachments including MOA, AOA, details of directors and subscribers. Once submitted it will be processed and if found complete, company will be issued CIN (Company Identification Number), and directors will be issued DIN (Director Identification Number). Maximum three directors are allowed for incorporation of company using integrated form.
